Abstract guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1
  • File format: .doc or .docx
  • Page setup: Left and right margins 3 cm, upper margin 3.5 cm, lower margin 3 cm, left alignment, no hyphenation, paragraphs distinguished with an empty line (no indentation)
  • Headings: The name of the presentation/posteer/workshop should be written in size 14 pt (Times New Roman), the name(s) of the author(s) on the second line, the affiliation(s) on the third line, and the e-mail address(es) on the fourth line
  • Keywords: 2–4 keywords describing the content of your research after abstract ("Keywords: word, word, word")
  • Maximum length:
– Individual presentation, poster, presentation in a thematic workshop, PechaKucha presentation: 300 words, including references
– Thematic workshop, PechaKucha workshop: 500 words, including a list of the contributors and presentations
