Reporting
  • Fill in Online Final Report
  • Be sure to get your Letter of Confirmation (Annex V) signed and stamped by the Host University. The Host University will e-mail a copy to the Coordinator.
  • Assure that you have handed in all the required documents to the Aurora II contact person at the European University responsible for your grant payments: Boarding cards of pre-paid airline tickets and Learning Agreement (if applicable). The Aurora II contact person will forward the documents to the Coordinator together with Arrival Certificate, Confirmation Letter and Grant Award Agreement.

Annual reporting and follow-up meetings

Each Host University has their own evaluation systems measuring the academic progress of mobilities.

Host University and the European University responsible for grant payments can arrange follow-up meetings or other examination in which grantees attendance is required.
