19-20 October 2017 (conference)

In order to foster networking between historical network analysts and "ordinary" historians possibly interested in applying network analysis in the future, the conference will be co-organised with the Finnish Historical Conference 2017. The organisers of both conferences have agreed to join forces and bring together similary-minded scholars.

The conference will be open not only to arts and humanities researchers, but also to social, formal, applied and natural scientists, who are interested in historical research and processes.
The organisers welcome proposals for individual papers discussing any historical period and geographical area. Topics might include, but are not limited to: historical social netwoks, policy networks, kinship and community, geospatial networks, cultural and intellectual networks, and methodological innovations.
