Moldovan programme to promote return from abroad

​International Organization for Migration, Mission to Moldova (IOM) announces a contest to support 25 Moldovan Graduates who studied in foreign universities and who want to return to their home-country to get employed, accomplish an internship or volunteer for a private or public institution in Moldova in order to promote the circulation of innovative ideas and skill transfer obtained abroad in their country of origin.

The project aims to address brain drain and brain waste via promoting skills and new ideas in the migration process and educational mobility.

Eligibility of the candidates:

  • Moldovan nationals;
  • Age between 18-35 years;
  • Graduation in a university abroad in 2015, achieving a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or a PhD;
  • Willingness to be employed, accomplish an internship or volunteer in the public/private sector of the Republic of Moldova
  • New abilities and skills obtained abroad which are useful for the development of Moldova.

The deadline for application is 15 of November 2015 (extended).
