Employment relationship
The terms of being an employee at the University of Turku consist of, among others, the salary of the staff, working hours as well as absences and time off. The terms of employment relationships are based on both the agreed terms of legislation and the Universities' general collective agreement. Other staff rights and duties as well as personnel matters are also related to the terms and conditions of being an employee.
