Using the occupational health centre
There is a list of university employees at the occupational health care centre showing who have the right to use its services. If the employee is not found on the list, Mehiläinen will check from payroll if the employee has the right to health care services.
When going to the occupational health care centre, an employee must inform his/her employer and department for billing purposes. Also, the employee must make sure that the aformentioned rights to use the services are still in force.
If services are used during a time when the employee does not have the right, he/she must pay for the services his/herself.
Cancelling appointments
Failure to cancel an appointment in due time at the occupational health care centre, will result in the employee paying a fine.
