*A transcript of records is a document containing information on courses completed and grades and credits received. A certificate of registration or a diploma is not sufficient. Applicants who study under the French system must submit a list of the "unités de valeur" received. If a transcript is not obtainable, an officially certified list of academic work done or yearly examinations taken will be sufficient on the condition that information on course content is also submitted.
** To find out how to create your own Curriculum Vitae, you can visit e.g. the Europass webpages. Please note that in e.g. the United States, a Curriculum Vitae is called a resumé.
