Educational Development and Counselling Services
The unit of Educational Development and Counselling Services is a part of the Study Administration (Opintohallinto) section at the University of Turku. The unit provides various counselling services for students and staff of the University. It also coordinates these services at the administrative level. The unit provides e.g. following services:
- career planning and job-search assistance
- general information on placement in the labour market
- recruitment services, job offers, internship placement and thesis assignments
- coordination of domestic and international internships
- services for students with disabilities and students with special needs
- study psychologist services
- coordination of lifelong learning
- quality assurance of teaching
- development and implementation of ICT in teaching
- coordination of study counselling at the faculty level
- educational development
