Europass - Opening Doors to Learning and Working in Europe

For Better Transparency of Qualifications And Skills

Europass encompasses five tools of qualification designed to encourage mobility and lifelong learning in an expanded united Europe. Its aim is to help three million citizens present their qualifications and skills throughout the whole of Europe by 2010.

Europass consists of five documents, which are available in all official languages of the European Union. Four of them can be used by the students of the University of Turku:

The student can fill in the Europass CV and the Language Passport. Other documents are filled in and issued by competent organisation.

One of the benefits of these documents is that when you, for example, apply for an exchange or training programme at the University of Turku, your skills and talents will be easily accessed by the Europass CV and the Europass Language Passport. The Europass is meant for all those holding a degree or certificate of higher education.

For further information and how to get started, visit the Europass website.
