Changes to the Previous Learning Agreement
Non-degree students arriving to Turku often notice that they would like to make changes to their original study plan. For example, they might find new information concerning the programme of the semester in question or the courses they had already agreed to are not quite what they expected. Exchange students may change their original study plans but this must be done during the first month of their exchange period . The Changes to the Learning Agreement Form is compulsory for Erasmus and Nordplus students if you wish to change your study plan.
- The downloadable Changes to the previous learning agreement form is also available during the Orientation Week or from the International Office.
- All required fields, including course codes must be filled in.
- The form must be brought to the International Office or to your faculty's International Officer, who will then have the necessary ECTS coordinator(s) sign the form.
- The signed and completed form may be brought to the International Office where it is possible to scan it to your home university. The ECTS coordinators of the University of Turku do not inform your home university about the changes.
Please note that it is your responsibility to make changes in time and to inform your home university about the changes.
