The Educational Affairs promotes the strategic goals of the University education and serves students in particular, but also applicants and teaching and research personnel. Work is conducted in collaboration with other administrative personnel, the Student Union and various external stakeholder groups.
Central goals of the unit include student well-being, steady progress of studies and high-quality study environment.
The Educational Affairs is composed of three units of centralised services
and of the educational affairs services in the faculties and the Language Centre.
The Educational Affairs works mainly in teams and in collaboration with different units.
The duties of the Director of Educational Affairs include
Management, development and coordination of the unit on the University level
Collaboration with the Vice Rector responsible for education and other University Management, as well as national collaboration
Decision-making and preparation of the centralised educational affairs
Jurisprudence in Educational Affairs (including Academic Appeals Board)
Questions about legal protection related to studies
