Minna Santaoja started at the FFRC in October 2017. Minna is a postdoctoral researcher in the Turku Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS). She got her doctoral degree in environmental policy from the University of Tampere.

In her research project ”Envisioning the role of new technologies in shaping human-nature relationships” Minna is studying the role of technological solutions in biodiversity data governance.

Minna is the secretary of the Finnish Society for Environmental Social Sciences (YHYS) and the postdoctoral representative in the managing board of the Turku Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS).
