Cultural History - Kulttuurihistoria book series

The peer-reviewed series, published both in English and in Finnish, reflects our commitment to discuss the nature of historical study and conceptualizations of culture and history, in order to construct new perspectives on both envisioning the past and understanding the present. The series aims at linking historical theory and methodologies of cultural history with empirical approaches, producing fresh interpretations of cultures and people in the past, as well as the practices we engage in to reach those interpretations.
