Culture, health and well-being
The main purpose of the project was to explore theoretical and methodological tools for studying the connections between culture, art, health and well-being.

The steering group of the project consists of scientific professionals. Project members organized various workshops to discuss central research themes.  In addition, the researchers created a wide research network and made connections to artists, project workers and administrators working on the field.

The project produced a justification memo that is submitted to the Culture and Society and Health Research Commissions of the Academy of Finland.

The first research network seminars were held in May and August 2013.
