The Turku Law School courses are organised either by the UTU Faculty of Law, Department of  Business Law in the Turku School of Economics or by the Åbo Akademi University.

Curricula Guide and General Regulations

The courses organised by the Faculty of Law or by the Business Law Department are listed in the electronical Curricula Guide for 2016-2018. The Turku Law School courses organized by the Åbo Akademi are listed in the Åbo Akademi webpages. 
University of Turku law exchange students can register also to the courses organised by Abo Akademi and the  law exchange students of Åbo Academi can take the courses from the Faculty of Law.  The credits will be transferred automatically to the hosting university´s study register.
The general instructions on studying in the Faculty of Law are listed in the General Regulations 2016-2018.

Teaching Schedule and Arrival to the University of Turku

It is very important to arrive to Turku timely to the Orientation. The detailed schedule for orientation days is in the International Offices webpages.
Almost all the Turku Law School Courses contain lectures. Turku Law School courses organised by the University of Turku are listed in the curricula guide according to the semester they are taught in. The semesters are divided into four teaching periods. Periods I and II are in the autumn semester and periods III and IV are in the spring semester. You can find the information about the teaching period in the course description of each course.
The detailed programme will be published in the Teaching Schedules in mid-August for courses organised in autumn semester and in mid-December for courses organised in spring semester.
Teaching schedules are also available in the curricula guide course by course. At first select the course from the list which lectures you want to know. Then scroll to the end of the page "Teaching in 2017-2018" and click the name of the course. There you will find the teaching schedule.
