Flexible study rights agreement
Flexible study rights agreement, JOO (joustava opinto-oikeus) agreement, offers students the possibility to study at other universities in Finland. University of Turku has an agreement of free of charge JOO studies with Åbo Akademi University.
Faculty of Medicine offers four master degrees: Licentiate of Medicine, Licentiate of Dentistry, Bachelor/Master of Health Sciences (Nursing Science) and Master Programme in Biomedicine, major subject Drug Development. Decentralised Medical Education
Part of the clinical studies in the Licentiate of Medicine degree is decentralised outside the campus area. Decentralised studies are provided mostly in Southwest Finland, but also in Satakunta and Vaasa region. Also Licentiate of Dentistry students complete part of their studies in decentralised education.
Faculty of Medicine offers two specialist degrees, Specialist in Medicine and Specialist in Dentistry. Training is available only in Finnish.
