Administration and supporting services
Administration and supporting services quality assessment have the following procedures:
  • Participation in administration and supporting services training and making sure that the Department has up to date information and procedures. The Department has a representative in every administration and support service training event and the representative reports in the Departments staff meeting after the event. Possible changes made by the training are agreed upon in the staff meeting.
  • Departments’ administrational quality assurance tasks are executed by the guidelines and the Department reports on the actions taken if asked.
  • Effectiveness of the Administration and supporting services are assessed also in the Departments teaching advancement days. Needed changes are done based on the feedback gathered.
  • Head and Vice Head of the Department are in yearly development meetings. Vice Heads meeting is held by the Head of the Department, and the Head of Departments’ is held by the dean. Administration is one of the subjects in the meetings.
