Russia Pilot Programme

Russia Pilot Programme  activities are organised within networks of Higher education institutions (HEI). A network must involve at least one HEI from Finland and from Russia, but several institutions may well be involved. Russia Pilot Programme networks are always coordinated by a Finnish HEI which is responsible for submitting an application for funding on behalf of the network.

In the pilot phase the programme contains only mobilities from Finland to Russia. Mobilities can take place on undergraduate, master and doctorate level.
