The central principles of the University's Quality System are collected in the Quality Manual, which can be found as a pdf document on the University website. The English Quality Manual is a translation from the Finnish version. We regret that many of the links in the Quality Manual point to information in Finnish. Information in English is used whenever available.
Please note that some of the links in the Quality Manual lead to the University Intranet, and the Management Processes appendix is currently available only in Finnish.
The University units' Operation Manuals, which can be found on the WorkMates platform, complete the Quality Manual. WorkMates is open for university staff and students.
Developing, revising and updating the Quality Manual is an ongoing process. For feedback, questions and suggestions for improvement, please contact quality@utu.fi.
