EMBA THESIS

The thesis process forms an essential part of the EMBA programme. The aim of the thesis work is to resolve a current, practical business challenge, preferably in the participant’s own organisation. Theories and results from academic research are used as analysis tools as well as sources for ‘lessons learned’ and fresh perspectives. In the process, the participants not only gain expertise in the chosen topic but also enhance their analytical skills and hone their writing, reporting, and communication abilities. In many cases the EMBA thesis works turns into an actual project or process in participant's organisation, resulting in monetary benefits and practical applications.
