Guest lecture

Peter Ruggenthaler is deputy director of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Research on War Consequences, Graz, Austria. Dr. Ruggenthaler has specialized on Soviet and Cold War history and history of diplomacy. He has coordinated several interantional research projects on Soviet history and Neutrality in the Cold War.

He is author or editor of more than 20 books. His publications includes: “The Concept of Neutrality in Stalin´s Foreign Policy, 1945-53”. Harvard Cold War Studies Book Series (2015), Warsaw Pact Invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968.
