Publication seminar of the Turku RAE 2022 results
Time
22.8.2022 at 13.00 - 15.00
This time, the RAE project of the University of Turku included six peer-evaluation panels: Natural Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, UTUGS, and University Collegia (TIAS and TCSMT). The units of evaluation were divided between these panels.
The RAE project's final peer-evaluation reports are due in the coming weeks. Because the goal of the project was developmental evaluation, it's time to review the reports after the summer break and see what opportunities they present for the strategic development of the units under evaluation, as well as for university management.
The results will be announced at a publication seminar in Medisiina's Osmo Järvi hall on Monday, August 22nd, from 13:00-15:00. All university employees and students are welcome to attend. The coffee and tea service will begin at 12:30 in the aula next to the seminar hall. The event will begin with a greeting from Rector Jukka Kola, followed by short speeches about the significance of the RAE project to people involved in various ways, and a presentation on RAE results by Vice-Rector Kalle-Antti Suominen. After the publication seminar, the peer-evaluation reports for the RAE project will be shared on the intranet.
All people interested in attending the event must register and specify their dietary restrictions in the Webropol survey by Monday, August 15: https://link.webropolsurveys.com/S/B2472406C29A7BE1
