Researcher, respond to a survey on open science!
The aim of this survey is to gather a comprehensive overview of researchers' views and experiences on open science.
I am conducting my PhD research on the topic of open science governance and steering in Europe. The aim of this survey is to gather a comprehensive overview of researchers' views and experiences on open science. The study is conducted at the Tampere University, in the Higher Education Research Group. I also work as a Senior Development Advisor at the University of Turku, Research Development Unit. The survey is addressed to researchers conducting research at Finnish universities and state research institutes.
The advancement of open science has become a central concern among policymakers and in academia. The objective of my research is to build knowledge for the evidence-based decision making to the higher education sector and for the policymakers and to influence on the ways open science is discussed. The aim is to engage in discussions on more accurate approaches to the openness of research and to better understand researchers' perspectives.
I kindly invite you to take part in the survey and look forward to your collaboration, thus contributing evidence of researchers’ experiences and strengthening the voice of researchers' in policy making. The survey deadline is 30 April 2019. Filling out the survey will take approximately 20 minutes.
