Exceptions to Library Opening and Service Hours in October
In October, the Library is actively developing its operations, and staff will take part in several workshops. For this reason, there will be more periods of self-service use in the library units than usual, and some facilities will be reserved for staff use. In addition, collection work will be carried out at the Turku School of Economics Library.
Exceptions in October
Thursday, 9 October
The large study area on the second floor of Feeniks Library will be unavailable from 12:00 to 15:00.
Arcanum, Calonia, Educarium and Teutori Libraries will be in self-service use all day.
The Newspapers and Ephemera Services in Raisio and the Turku School of Economics Library will be closed all day.
Thursday–Friday, 9–10 October
The Turku School of Economics Library will be closed due to collection work.
Returns can be made and reserved items collected from the K-Lounge.
On Friday, the library will reopen for self-service use at 16:00.
Monday, 27 October
The large study area on the second floor of Feeniks Library will be unavailable from 9:00 to 13:00.
Customer service in other Turku campus library units will open at 13:00.
The Newspapers and Ephemera Services in Raisio will be closed all day.
Thursday 30 October
Feeniks Library will be open as usual.
Other Turku campus library units and the Pori University Consortium Library will be in self-service use all day.
The Newspapers and Ephemera Service in Raisio will be closed all day.

On all exception days, customer service is available at Feeniks Library as well as by email at kirjasto@utu.fi or by phone at 050 455 7059. There may be delays in processing reservations and returns.
