What kind of future do you build with your actions today? The future is constantly present in our everyday lives, guiding our actions and decisions – whether we are aware of that or not.

The Finnish Futures Day is celebrated on March 6, 2020. Futures Day aims at achieving 10,000 futures discussions in Finland and globally during the day. Future discussions can be organized in schools, municipalities, libraries, workplaces or anywhere, in any community.

Futures Day is organized by Futures Day team and sponsored by Finland Futures Research Centre at the University of Turku, The Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, The Association of Finnish municipalities and FIBRES. We are also happy to have international partners such as Teach the Future-network.

The future will not arrive, it will be done – together. Come and join us to discuss alternative futures on the Futures Day and share your thoughts and work in social media with #futuresday!
