Library Services in the Summer - Collection Point in the Educarium Is Open


The borrowing of materials for study, teaching and research from the Turku University Library is enabled by an exceptional arrangement during the summer. The collection point for reserved material is open in the Educarium Library at the Turku Campus and you can work at home with the help of E-resources.

Tue - Fri 9–16

The material you have reserved through the Volter database can be picked up from the collection point. You can reserve any of the on-self loanable material from all libraries in the Turku Campus. During this exceptional arrangement, you can also reserve available (on-shelf) course books for pick-up.

Please remember to pick up your loans and reservations before the beginning of the August.

Materials used only in the library, such as ephemera and pro gradu theses, can be read in the Educarium library, please see instructions.

The service is address to Turku University members.

The collection point is located at the front of the Educarium building, by the bicycle stands at the entrance. There is no access to the building.

Loans can be returned in the summer

Library has opened new return boxes at the Turku Campus. 

Loans can be returned to the return boxes outside of Feeniks, Educarium and Calonia Library and to the return hatch of Teutori Library 24/7.

Returns can also be mailed to the Feeniks Library with the address Feeniks-kirjasto, 20014 TURUN YLIOPISTO

Learn and work at home with the help of E-resources

The electronic resources are available in the network of Turku University or through remote access. Remote access requires UTU user ID and password. You find all our electronic resources on the Volter database.
