The University of Turku has created a new Come Learn Finnish with Us website, a one-stop resource that functions as a central hub for information on the wide range of Finnish language learning opportunities available to the University community.
The website offers a clear overview of courses and other Finnish language learning resources designed to meet the diverse needs of international exchange and degree students, researchers and other staff members interested in learning Finnish.
Through the website, users can explore language learning and guidance opportunities suited to all proficiency levels—from absolute beginners to advanced learners. The site also provides ideas for practising Finnish in leisure time and links to online materials for independent practice.
“This kind of website has been long awaited, and now it’s finally here to meet the needs of both our students, university staff, and marketing as well. Even though I became very familiar with the content while creating the site, I find myself referring to it almost daily. The feedback from students and staff has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m thrilled with how beautiful the pages turned out.
