OECD iLibrary content is now Open Access

OECD iLibrary content has been Open Access since 1 July 2024.
As of 1 July 2024, OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) iLibrary content is Open Access, meaning that all data, reports and analyses in all formats are now available under an open licence. For more information, please see the new terms and conditions.
OECD iLibrary will continue to be updated and deliver access to all OECD publications and data until the end of 2024. Thereafter, all OECD content will be available on the new main website, which is being redesigned for this purpose.
