Kielikeskus tutkii is a journal created and published by the University of Turku Centre for Language and Communication Studies. It has been published every second year since 2013 (with one break due to Covid). We are happy to announce the online publication of Kielikeskus tutkii 6!
Digital pedagogy and much more
The journal highlights research carried out by teachers, mostly in applied linguistics. In this edition, the main theme is that of digital pedagogy and it consists of 16 articles, from 42 authors, in 17 different language centres across Finland and Europe. The authors come from five different countries and the articles are in Finnish, Swedish, English, German and Spanish.
The varied topics include digital pedagogy, accessibility, generic skills, AI and ethics, student wellbeing, intercultural communication, Finland Swedish sign language and a telepresence robot. You can download a copy from the link provided.
