Virtual CSHIPP conference gathered together an international audience
The first online conference of the project Clean Shipping Project Platform (CSHIPP) was successfully organised on the 14th of May 2020. The conference, themed "The Business of Clean Shipping", gathered together an international audience interested in the development of clean shipping projects.
One of the partnering projects in CSHIPP is ECOPRODIGI, which is lead by the Pan-European Institute. During the virtual conference ECOPRODIGI presented successful industry case results, which showed that the digitalization of the shipping industry is beneficial for climate and environment and improves the operations of shipping companies.
The conference was originally planned to be held at the Danish Maritime Fair but due to the COVID-19, the conference was changed into an online conference. The conference was organised togerther by The Maritime Development Center from Denmark and Tallinn University of Technology from Estonia.
