Research
My doctoral dissertation is about contracts' functions and their implications to contract law. I am interested in the ways companies use their contracts to govern their business relationships. The theoretical basis of my research are proactive contract law, relational contract theory, and functional approach to contracting. I use empirical methods, such as action research, surveys, and interviews, to study the phenomenon.
