Basic studies in law
My doctoral dissertation is about contracts' functions and their implications to contract law. In the dissertation, I was interested in the ways companies use their contracts to govern their business relationships. The theoretical basis of the research were proactive contract law, relational contract theory, and functional approach to contracting. I used empirical methods, such as action research, surveys, and interviews, to study the phenomenon.
