Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in language education at the Department of Teacher Education, University of Turku. Currently I am also involved in the research project "Embodied Language Learning through the Arts" (ELLA; 2021-2024), which is coordinated by the University of Arts Helsinki, Finland. I am also a visiting researcher at University of Arts Helsinki's Research institute. I hold Master of Arts degrees in English and French languages and literatures from Åbo Akademi University, Finland. I am a certified subject teacher in English and French as foreign languages.
Teaching

Research
My doctoral research project focuses on embodied and arts-based early additioanl language education. The resarch is based on the project Dansa språk! / Kieliä tanssien!["Dance languages!"; 2019-2022], which was funded by The Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland and The Society of Swedish Literature in Finland (SLS).
In 2021-2022, I worked as grant researcher in the research project "Embodied Language Learning through the Arts" (ELLA, 2021-2024), which is funded by Kone Foundation.
