Areas of expertise
I have taught basic and advanced level courses on human resource management, leadership and interaction, and quantitative research methods. I have supervised theses in bachelor, master, doctoral and eMBA levels.
My research interests focus on working life issues such as colleagueship, shared servant leadership, human resource management, managerial coaching and work counseling. Currently I work for the following research projects: Collaborative colleagueship, Shared servant leadership and its influence on organizational citizenship behavior, HRM process and emergent factors in the construction of organizational climate consensus, and Managerial coaching and employees' innovative work behaviour. My research has been published in journals such as Career Development International, Leadership and Organization Development Journal and Social Responsibility Journal. I have received Outstanding Paper Award at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012.
