Aurora II

The Aurora grantees can find all relevant information related to the grant from these pages. Please read all instructions carefully. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If you have questions related to your grant payment, please contact the European University responsible for your grant payments.
  • If you have other questions, please contact your Home or Host University Aurora contact person.

All granted applicants are notified by email.

The grantee is issued the Grant Letter in two copies. In all target groups, Russian grantees receive the Grant Letter from their Host University. European TG1 grantees receive the Grant Letter from their Home University, and European TG2 grantees from Aurora Coordinator, the University of Turku.

The regulations and procedures concerning payments of grants, travels and insurance and other formalities related to the mobility grant are described here in detail.  Please do not fill in any forms before you have read the instructions.  If you wish to decline the grant, please contact aurora.admissions[a] as soon as possible. If you need to make any changes to your grant, please contact the Coordinator and the host university.

Non-granted applicants are free to re-apply in the mobility scheme.
