Timo Kuosmanen appointed as Economics Professor

Dissertation: Central Bank Independence Matters

In her dissertation, Aleksandra Masłowska, Licentiate of Social Sciences, examines the effect of central bank independence on inflation. The research indicates that broader independence leads to lower inflation within the political economy.
