Best paper award in QUIS16 for Larissa C. B. Becker and Elina Jaakkola
We are proud to announce, that on June 12th our Doctoral candidate Larissa C. B. Becker and Professor Elina Jaakkola received Best Paper Award in QUIS16 Symposium in Karlstad, Sweden. QUIS is an international symposium that enjoys the status of a core service research conference, with more than 250 delegates across the globe. The title of the winning article is “Emergence of customer experience along a multilevel journey: A goal-hierarchical analysis”. The paper will be a part of Larissa’s doctoral thesis.
