I hold an MSc (Tech) in Biotechnology and a BSc (Eng) in Food Engineering. My work experience covers medical device product development, in vitro diagnostics (IVD) regulatory affairs, and food product development.

I work at Yrittäjyystila Konttori, the entrepreneurship hub at the University of Turku, where I support entrepreneurship among students and researchers. I run entrepreneurship workshops covering ideation, idea validation, business planning and pitching, offer sparring to help people take their business ideas forward, and support student-led companies, including through UNICOM+ for international students.

I was a co-founder of Entomophagy Solutions Ltd (established in 2017). Through entrepreneurship I have gained experience in novel food development, international retail, e-commerce infrastructure, brand marketing, and food production operations.

I have first-hand experience in raising private investment capital and using public funding instruments in early-stage companies. I am a member of the investment committee at Monttu VC.
