I am a doctoral researcher in Finnish literature at the University of Turku. My dissertation, started in 2025, examines Finnish youth literature publishing from ideological, industrial, and textual perspectives. My research interests include issues of authorship in contemporary Finnish youth literature, the ideological landscape of Finnish youth literature publishing, as well as the potential of empirical methods in literary authorship studies. Alongside research, I have worked as a creative writing teacher in a project organized in collaboration with Girls’ Houses across Finland and funded by the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
