Biography
I am a Doctoral Researcher in the School of Languages and Translation Studies, exploring the impact of machine translation and AI in videogame localisation, based on user reception. I hold a BA in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I also pursued my postgraduate studies, obtaining an MA in Translation and Conference Interpreting. I am an active translator, localiser and LQA specialist, while in the past I have served as a Project Manager and Language Lead for several high-profile localisation projects.
Research
My research interests and publications revolve around localisation, audiovisual translation, as well as the multidisciplinary and multimodal analysis of videogames.
