Biography
My background is in plant biology and evolution, though I often describe myself simply as a plant biology enthusiast. In the past, I have worked on plants' systematics and ecology, and my master’s thesis focused on the effects of insect herbivory on Antarctic plants. Currently, I am a doctoral researcher in Dr. Lauri Nikkanen’s group Regulation of Bioenergetics in Cyanobacteria. My research explores the role of ATP synthase in regulating the proton motive force.
