Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in social work. My research examines the mental well-being of Sámi men living in Finland within cultural and community-based contexts. My work draws on decolonising and reflexive research approaches and centres Indigenous self-defined concepts of well-being. My broader research interests include culturally safe services, structural equality, and Indigenous rights.
