Research
My research has focused on the effects of physical activity behaviors and lifestyle changes on physiological health and energy metabolism.
Currently, I am investigating with novel total-body PET imaging how physiological changes in the body connect with simultaneous brain activity and emotions, and what this means for physical and mental health - with a focus on understanding the biology behind anxiety.
