Biography

I graduated with a BSc from Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" in 2017 and continued with MSc studies at the same university. During my MSc, I joined a Double Degree Programme at Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), where I began working on magnetron sputtering simulations at DCA Instruments Oy.

After earning my MSc in 2019, I continued at DCA Instruments Oy, focusing on magnetron sputtering, molecular beam epitaxy, and software development. In 2025, I began my doctoral studies while continuing my work.

Research

My research focuses on applying Artificial Intelligence for real-time optimization of thin film growth.
