The Formlabs 3+ SLA printer showcases cutting-edge technology with its Laser-Powered Stereolithography (SLA) system. At its core are the Laser and Light Processing Unit (LPU), a Flexible Film Resin Tank, and Intelligent Control Systems, all ensuring precision and efficiency. The automatic resin handling system and Class 1 Laser Product, certified to EN 60825-1:2014 standards, feature a 405 nm optical wavelength, a 250-mW laser, and an 85 µm laser spot size.

Equipped with five sensors, the Formlabs 3+ SLA meticulously manages resin temperature, level, and print forces. These include convection resin heating with thermistor sensing, Resin Level Sense, a Z-Axis Force Sensor, a Resin Cartridge Load Cell, and a Printer Leveling Sensor. Together, these components ensure every print is executed with unparalleled accuracy and reliability, making the Formlabs 3+ SLA ideal for high-precision 3D printing.
