ONLINE METHODS

The instructions, sharing of information and interaction will take place with Zoom conference calls so a conference-call capable computer is needed for the participants. Some of the sessions will be among the all participants and company representatives and some with team members only.

Camp facilitators give brief instructions for different phases but mostly you will spend time co-creating with your team. Additional collaboration tools like Miro would be used for team's notes and it's essential that participants share information to each other. Teams can also use additional tools of their own choice if they find it purposeful.

Skillwise you might also end up drawing something on a paper, calculating in an Excel or preparing a brief video but there are no specific requirements. Just jump in to illustrate your thinking to others with any means feasible for you.

TEAM ALLOCATION AND SELECTION

9-15 students from UTU will be selected emphasizing a heterogenic overall composition of the group. The selection of participants is performed by the organizers based on the applicants’ skills, motivation, study orientation and multidisciplinary attributes.

To apply you must be a student at University of Turku with at least 100 completed ECTS credits in your studies. All major subjects are warmly welcomed to participate and there's no specific prerequisite courses required for the participation for this innovation camp.
