UTU Holding Ltd

The company is completely owned by the University of Turku. The University’s Rector is the chair of the board, the vice rectors are members of the board, and the Chief Financial Officer is the CEO. The company has no outside staff.

The principles guiding the activities of UTU Holding are, among others, emphasis on basic research and the University’s Strategy and values.
