Advisory Board of the Faculty of Education

The Advisory Board of the Faculty of Education functions as a cooperation forum between the faculty and its key local and national stakeholders.

The Faculty Advisory Board strengthens the faculty’s impact work in cooperation with the faculty’s Committee for Societal Interaction (YVV). The Advisory Board supports the development of the faculty’s activities. This is based on the faculty’s new strategic action plan for 2026–2030, in which the objectives of impact have been defined in more detail.

A cross-cutting theme in the faculty’s strategic action plan is the strengthening of community and participation. This theme is central to the composition, activities, and modes of operation of the Advisory Board. Individuals have been selected to the Advisory Board who, through their organizations and expertise, have a focus on participation and cooperation. In the activities of the Advisory Board, the members and their background organizations collectively take responsibility for the arrangements. In this way, the Advisory Board strengthens the faculty’s strategic development, particularly in the direction of its key objective.
