Roderick J. Brodie is Professor Emeritus at the University of Auckland Business School (New Zealand). He is a leading international scholar in Service Relationships, Branding, and Customer Engagement.
Julia A. Fehrer is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Auckland Business School (New Zealand). Her research is positioned at the interface of strategic marketing, service research, and innovation and revolves around the themes: market shaping for social change, sustainable value co-creation, and ecosystem innovation.
In addition, Aino Halinen-Kaila will shortly present the MarketVision- project on Visioning and shaping of sustainable business markets, that is ongoing at the department.

Seminar is hosted by Valtteri Kaartemo and Elina Jaakkola.
