Time

15.5.2024 at 9.00 - 17.5.2024 at 17.00
The INVEST Conference is an interdisciplinary, international and high-class scientific conference. The topic of this year’s seminar is Digitalization, Social Inequality and Behavioral Change.

In the Congress we have two interesting keynote speeches given by Vili Lehdonvirta, University of Oxford and Eva Serlachius, Karolinska Institutet. Addition to this, we will organise open science related presentations for the whole audience.

Digitalization is socially very significant topic. The concept describes the spread of digital information technology in everyday functions and environments, such as schools, workplaces and community services. It can potentially offer a huge number of opportunities and, on the other hand, be a big challenge for equality, for example. Digitalization is connected to many of the great challenges of our time, such as marginalization, mental health and the collapse of the birth rate.
