M.Tech. Amruta Kulkarni is a doctoral candidate in Food Development (Tech.), in the unit of Food Chemistry and Food Development, Department of Biochemistry, University of Turku.
Teaching
Amruta Kulkarni has been a supervisor of 4 advanced laboratory students and 2 summer trainees.
Research
Amruta Kulkarni's doctoral research is focused on the effect of TAG structure on the bioavailability of DHA in rats by accesing fatty acid composition of various organ tissues.
